Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Procurement for Citiri Software

Brief Description: The Authority's Operational Readiness team (ORT) identified the software as a critical and unique tool designed to assist the Authority in effectively delivering Capital Improvement Program (CIP) elements from design through operational use. The software continues to be utilized for Terminal C project, as well as its follow-on ‘C250-C253’ projects. The software is designed as cloud-based, multi-platform software available for use by all internal and external stakeholders to automate processes and track essential activities required to deliver projects through the Activation and Transition phases. The intent is also to use the software for all projects. Estimated Value: $935,982.00 Term (Years): 3 Years Vendor: Citiri, Inc. Justification: Market research conducted by the Authority’s ORT staff indicates that Citiri’s ORAT software is the only software package specifically tailored for use in complex projects undertaken at major international airports. The ORT group has found this proven software to be the major airport standard and surveys of counterparts at major airports like Seattle-Tacoma International, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, San Francisco International, Los Angeles International, Pittsburgh and Salt Lake City International have corroborated this information. Citiri is a niche product and appears to be the de facto standard for airport ORAT software. Complex airport construction projects require tracking of thousands of activities and documents necessary for a smooth transition to operational status. Citiri's ORAT software was designed as a complete software environment for use by all stakeholder types. It has been utilized by the Authority to automate the tracking of ORAT activities and processes by using tested checklist templates and custom dashboards to improve readiness, accountability, stakeholder communications, stakeholder engagement, and to reduce project risk.
