The Department seeks a highly responsive and qualified professional Proposer with broad experience in all aspects of parking management and the ability to provide day-to-day management services. Such services include but are not limited to, invoicing, monthly collection of fees, utility bill payments, accounting, fire panel monitoring, elevator preventative maintenance, coordination of services, landscaping, weed removal, tenant improvement projects, graffiti removal, emergency repairs, site visits, remodeling, leasing and evictions, transient monitoring, document preparation, and other similar responsibilities.
