'Project Description: General Contractor work includes but not limited to removing cabinets, removing old ceiling tiles, provide and install new lay-in ceiling panels (existing T-bar ceiling grid remains), minimal gyp-board repair and replacement as it relates to new electrical/AV conduit and paint. PM will provide construction schedule, but the General Contractor is required to coordinate work with the Electrical Contractor, Flooring Vendor and AV contractors.
