On-Call Property Maintenance Services for the Town of Nantucket

The Town of Nantucket ("Town") is inviting proposals from capable firms or individuals ("Proposer") to offer On-Call Property Maintenance Services for up to twenty-one (21 ) Town-owned residential properties. The chosen Contractor will provide on-call assistance , emergency repair work, and inspections as outlined in the Scope of Services. The maintenance services may range from extensive long-term coverage to occasional short-term coverage. The Scope of Services provides further details on the Town's requirements for this task. Each proficient P roposer is expected to submit a proposal ("Proposal") in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the given deadline. The Proposer chosen by the Town, according to the terms of this RFP and the Town's contracting procedures, if one is selected, is herein referred to as "Contractor".
