  "summary": "<p>In order to gain economies of scale, Mohave is formally soliciting statewide sources of light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies with the intent to award one or more competitively solicited contracts.</p><p>Mohave desires to contract with a qualified and experienced offeror or offerors to provide quality light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies - direct online order for Mohave&rsquo;s statewide membership.</p><p>Offerors should respond to as many areas in the scope of work as possible. If an offeror doesn&rsquo;t provide a particular product line, please &ldquo;no bid&rdquo; that item. Mohave will consider all offers; however, vendors with the ability to supply more than one product line are preferred.</p><p>The scope of work and minimum specifications define the quality and characteristics of the desired materials and application.&nbsp; They are based upon specifications for known acceptable manufacturers processes, materials and/or brands such as, AC Delco, Autolite, Balkamp, CRC Industries, Delco-Remy, Federal-Mogul, Felpro, Fram, Gates, Goodyear, Gunk, Moog, Mopar, Permatex, STP, Timken, Victor, and/or equal quality of light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies.&nbsp; Specifications are not intended to be exclusive or restrictive.&nbsp; Offerors may offer alternate solutions, which meet the quality and performance characteristics in the specifications.&nbsp; Mohave shall review such proposals and be the final judge on the acceptance of any alternate solutions.</p>",
