RFP 25I-0827 Vehicle and Equipment Parts and Supplies – Direct Online

In order to gain economies of scale, Mohave is formally soliciting statewide sources of light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies with the intent to award one or more competitively solicited contracts. Mohave desires to contract with a qualified and experienced offeror or offerors to provide quality light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies - direct online order for Mohave’s statewide membership. Offerors should respond to as many areas in the scope of work as possible. If an offeror doesn’t provide a particular product line, please “no bid” that item. Mohave will consider all offers; however, vendors with the ability to supply more than one product line are preferred. The scope of work and minimum specifications define the quality and characteristics of the desired materials and application. They are based upon specifications for known acceptable manufacturers processes, materials and/or brands such as, AC Delco, Autolite, Balkamp, CRC Industries, Delco-Remy, Federal-Mogul, Felpro, Fram, Gates, Goodyear, Gunk, Moog, Mopar, Permatex, STP, Timken, Victor, and/or equal quality of light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies. Specifications are not intended to be exclusive or restrictive. Offerors may offer alternate solutions, which meet the quality and performance characteristics in the specifications. Mohave shall review such proposals and be the final judge on the acceptance of any alternate solutions.
