Continuing Professional Architectural Services

The City of Apopka (City) is seeking submittal of qualifications from qualified firms with experience in Architectural Services. The selected Consultant may be requested to provide additional services resulting from recommendations made in response to the Request for Qualifications. Firms must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and under the laws of the State of Florida. These services should be efficient and economical; adhere to industry standards and best practices. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the highest scored and qualified individual(s) or firm(s) after all Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are evaluated and negotiations completed. Qualified firms interested in responding may access a Request for Qualifications package (the “RFQ Package”) from the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov, https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/apopka . This RFQ is subject to the “Cone of Silence” imposing certain restrictions on communications concerning the RFQ process as described in the specifications of the RFQ Package. Submittals must be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time .
