Underground Cable Replacement Project– Owner Advisor

The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Project Title . Qualifications are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date . Seattle City Light (City Light), a department of the City of Seattle, WA, (City) requests Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from prospective Owner’s Advisors for the Underground Cable Replacement Project (the “Project”). The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide sufficient information to enable Proposers to submit a written proposal demonstrating their experience in administering alternative delivery projects. City Light intends to engage an Owner’s Advisor to support the delivery of the project from project approval, through and including procurement, owner’s representation, and construction management through the design and implementation of the Project.
