Description
The Town of Manchester is seeking proposals for software that will assist with the development of public meeting agendas, agenda accessibility and creation of meeting minutes. The goal is to make it easier for departments to submit agenda items and to allow for a flexible process for creating the final agenda. The Town would like to use this software to create minutes based on the agenda. The software should allow board/commission members the ability to easily search and annotate the agenda to enhance effective communication during public meetings. Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability, at comparable work, are invited to submit proposals.
