(1) Vendor needs to provide education and training support service to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Providing a Support, Training, and Education for Procurement (STEP) program.– Implement a holistic and adaptive approach designed to reach and uplift the county’s diverse small‑business ecosystem, including small nonprofit organizations, which are recognized as small‑local businesses for the purposes of this program.– Approach is a strong, strategic marketing and outreach effort that ensures historically underserved and hard‑to‑reach communities receive timely, relevant, and accessible information about County contracting opportunities and STEP services.– Program framework is intentionally flexible, enabling the contractor and the county to develop workshops, events, and technical assistance activities that respond to emerging trends, new procurement needs, and feedback from the small‑business and nonprofit communities.– Ensures the STEP program remains responsive, community‑informed, and aligned with the evolving landscape of County contracting and local business needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
