RFP No. 21-20 Special Education Student Transportation Services

Purpose – The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from highly-qualified Student Transportation companies to provide Special Education Student Transportation Services throughout the District, and outside the District, as needed, in accordance with all legal guidelines, including but not limited to, California Education Code, sections 39802 and 39803. It is understood that the special education student transportation services provided under this RFP may also require, and therefore include, the transportation of District authorized adults, including but not limited to, teachers, aides, and/or chaperones.
