The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide one 12" HDPE Bypass Pipe with Type B Bauer fittings, bends, flanges and a screen assembly. This is to ensure we have enough piping to bypass large diameter pipes. This pipe will also be used to assist with plant flows and lift station flows when necessary.
