Brengle Terrace Park Well & Water Distribution Project (CIP 8278)

The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified design-builder entities (DB) for the Brengle Terrace Well & Water Distribution Project CIP 8278 (Project). The selected DB will provide the City with engineering design, construction, and construction management services for the project. The Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the project, proposal requirements, criteria for selection, and scope of services to be provided by prospective DBs. The selected DB must provide a design-build team (DBT) for the Project comprised of professional engineers, sub-consultants and sub-contractors. All DBT members must be licensed/registered in the State of California under their respective professions.
