Fairview Fire Training Facility

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time at 7520 Concord Hwy, Monroe, NC 28110. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged. Scope of Work: The project consists of a multi-level structure to support variable training exercises practiced by the fire department. The Work shall be completed in one phase. The Work includes coordinating with the Union County Facilities Department for access, delivery, and installation. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as set forth in the Bid Form.
