Introduction The City of Prescott is seeking a qualified firm to provide design phase assistance and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a new Police Substation and Property/Evidence Facility. The estimated construction cost is approximately $30M, including the cost for construction, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), information technologies, security, and access control systems. It is the city’s desire to have the new Police Substation and Property/Evidence Facility project completed before the end of 2028.
