CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK (CMAR) KENWORTHY TANK & BOOSTER AND GROUNDWATER RECHARGE FACILITY

The Town of Queen Creek (TOQC) is seeking qualified construction managers for work related to the Towns potable water and ground water systems. The TOQC has retained ownership of a 53 Acre site located east of Kenworthy Road and south of the Queen Creek wash, known as the Kenworthy Pit. The Kenworthy Pit property was formerly a sand and gravel operation and is now retained by TOQC for a multi-faceted strategic plan for the installation of key components such as a new Water Storage Tank & Boosters and a Recharge & Recovery Facility. It is the Town of Queen Creek’s intent to enter into a preconstruction services contract and construction services contract with a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide new construction services for the initial Site Grading, Tank & Booster site installation, and Recharge & Recovery facility installation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required (except as indicated otherwise in the specifications) to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and plans required by the TOQC. The following tasks include but are not limited to Kenworthy Pit Site Grading, 3 MG Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station, and Recharge and Recovery Facility.
