Information obtained from this RFP will be utilized by Greenwood County to evaluate each interested Sign Contractor by utilizing the <u>Proposal Review Process</u> of a Competitive, Best Value Bid, as outlined in this document. The award of any contract or agreement is contingent upon the receipt or availability of adequate project funding. Greenwood County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.</p>",
