New Boone County Parks & Recreation Administration and Operations Facility

The Boone County Parks and Recreation Department is currently housed in multiple facilities throughout the County. The Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct a new Parks and Recreation Administrative and Operations facility with enough space to bring the Parks and Recreation staff and the department's different functions under one roof. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. All Bidders shall include with their bid a statement from an acceptable surety that if their bid is accepted the surety will furnish to the Bidder the required performance and payment bond or bonds required by the contract documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
