Architectural and Engineering Services for Various Projects

Project Overview: The Collin County Community College District (“Collin") is seeking sealed responses from qualified firms to select an architectural firm to provide professional services for the following packages as part of Collin’s 2024 Capital Improvement Program. It is the intent of the District to select individual firms for each Package. Package 1 Construction of a new Health Science Building. This project’s estimated construction budget is approximately $42 million and targeted square footage is 90,000 sf. The project will be constructed on Collin’s McKinney Campus. Package 2 Construction of a new CTE building. This project’s estimated construction cost is projected to be approximately $30 million and targeted square footage is 40,000 sf. The project will be constructed on Collin’s Wylie Campus.
