The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is seeking a highly qualified advocate to plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the state advocacy services to provide comprehensive state lobbying services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The general descriptions listed in the Scope of Work are intended to reflect the minimum areas to be covered in the respondent’s submittal. Proposers are encouraged to offer other ideas for advocacy services that they think would be of value to SACOG.
