The City of Santa Monica (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants or firms interested in acting as the legislative representative for the City in Sacramento, California to the State Legislature, Office of the Governor, and Executive Branch agencies and assist the City in securing funding for our programs and initiatives through advocating for direct appropriations and identifying grant opportunities, and have the capabilities to support the City's leadership team, upon request of the City Manager, with services in grant writing, research, and application preparation.
