(1) Vendor needs to provide multifamily developer partners service to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.1. Oversee the preparation of development program and concept plan(s).2. Undertake market/need/demand analysis.3. Assist with project design (particularly from market and budget perspectives).4. Prepare capital and operating cost budgets.5. Assist with zoning and other development approvals.6. Prepare applications for any and all financial applications for closing.7. Prepare financing applications and negotiating terms.8. Coordinate an acceptable procurement method and construction contract.9.
