INSU-6171 - USA (Denton, Texas) - Health Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide health insurance broker and risk management services to the government authority located in Denton, TX.• Provide a comprehensive action plan to implement and market student health insurance including timeline for major milestones throughout the year.• Take data provided by agency to assemble and format into a marketing submission for consideration by insurance carriers.• Solicit quotes and negotiate insurance coverage terms and conditions and/or alternative risk financing arrangements to include terms, services and premiums from markets with input from agency.• Provide frequent updates to agency on status of placement action plan in an acceptable and easily accessible format.• With the proposal package, put together an executive summary for agency administration that allows for quick comparison review of coverage options and pricing among the carriers.• Verify that rates and premiums are properly calculated and charged and confirm to agency in writing that invoiced premiums are correct. If policies are placed on a fee basis, obtain documentation from insurers that premiums are net of commissions.• Provide insurance binders, certificates and policies within 24 hours of being requested or upon receipt from carrier.• Provide quarterly loss run reports for each policy.• Verify accuracy of bills, audits and other premium adjustments prior to sending them to agency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
