RTA Intent to Sole Source Trapeze

The Regional Transportation Authority intends to enter into a sole-source five-year contract with Trapeze to provide the following services: Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Automated Passenger Counters (APC) Vehicle Health Monitoring (VHM) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Global Positioning System (GPS) Receivers and Antennas Transit Signal Priority (TSP) Vehicle Signage, On-board Automated Voice Announcement System (AVAS) Wireless Networking Communication Cellular Interface for data and voice communications Transit Master Wayside Signage Passenger Trip Broker API Para Transit Mobile Mapping and Turn by Turn Navigation BRT Signage Viewpoint Real Time Analytics OBV Interface Software FX Blockbuster/Mapmaker Info Agent Info Com Info IVR FX (includes VG) Info Pass IVR (includes VG) Pass Web Info-Web OPS OPS Sit Plan Pass & CT OPS – Payroll Interface Transit Master HW & SW BSM Real Time (Agent/Web/IVR) Info MTP Info RMD Info (Iphone/Android) Pass Cert Viewpoint Yard Management and Augmented Microlocation Tracking Miscellaneous Spare Parts All other Contractor-provided equipment not specifically referenced All other Software, Hardware and Services not specifically referenced above provided by Contractor to RTA through Scope of Work, task order, change order, or contract amendment to Contract 2022076-RTA. Contractor shall provide consulting services as requested by RTA to support RTA’s use of the Contractor’s provided hardware and software. All services shall be requested via the issuance of a task order that shall be signed by RTA and the Contractor.
