UNIT 4 CELL 4 GEOSYNTHETIC MATERIALS

This solicitation is not for construction, it is for procurement and storage of materials. Vendor shall provide geosynthetic materials for landfill base liner construction (GCL, 60-mil HDPE, Geocomposite). Materials are to be purchased and stored by the Proposer or the materials manufacturer to ensure the materials can be produced and delivered to the Twin Chimneys Landfill in September 2024. It is the intent that the materials would be purchased by a geosynthetics installer that has been approved by the materials manufacturer. The manufacturer could also store the materials. Storage of the materials does not guarantee that the Proposer will be the installer of the materials as that is a separate solicitation.
