(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services.– Propose, develop, and execute public awareness campaigns that include strategic planning, production and implementation of outreach materials and products, distribution strategies, and methods for measuring effectiveness.– Research–based media placement and purchasing services that include television, radio, print, Internet, mobile, and out–of–home. – This includes monitoring of media buys and metrics–based measurement of effectiveness.– All mobile apps must be provided as a platform as a service, hosted and supported.– Videos hosted within the respective department websites must meet the department's video standards. – Videos posted on campaign websites must be accessible as stated above.– Copywriting appropriate for the medium, e.g., print, website, e–mail, video script, banner, brochure and other deliverables. – Spanish, Vietnamese, and other translation services may be requested.– Mobile app and website development/maintenance. – Print advertising (e.g. newspaper, magazine).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
