Request for Proposals (RFP) Comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan and Fee Study

The City of Rancho Cordova, Department Name Department is soliciting request for proposals for Basic Project Description . The City of Rancho Cordova seeks qualified firms to assist in conducting a Comprehensive Fee Study, Time Study, and Cost Application Services. The selected consultant will work with City staff to prepare the studies and plan that will be used to establish fees and allocate costs that support the full cost recovery of services. No federal or state funding will be used to pay for the consultant services specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The successful consultant will be required to sign the City’s template Professional Services Agreement, included in attachment A for your review and contains the following insurance requirements: Commercial General Liability coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, Automobile Liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Worker's Compensation coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and Professional Liability coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence. There will be no mandatory pre-proposal conference held for this solicitation. Any inquiries regarding the RFP may be submitted in writing via OpenGov, and must be received no later than March 17th, 2025. All submissions must be complete and submitted through OpenGov.
