GIS-1940 - USA (Michigan) - Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Support Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system (GIS) and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) support services.– GIS strategy, asset management, enterprise systems integration, ESRI technologies, CMMS platforms such as Cityworks or similar systems, mobile applications, data governance, and reporting tools.– Provide leadership and support for the City’s GIS program including:• Coordination with City departments.• Strategic planning for GIS expansion and maturity.• Development of a three– to five–year GIS roadmap.• Ongoing GIS maintenance and support.• Development of web maps, mobile apps, and map services.• GIS architecture review and optimization.– Develop a comprehensive GIS data governance framework– Support the City in developing dashboards, reports, and visualization tools– Support the development, conversion, and enhancement of GIS datasets– Provide integration and support services between GIS and City business systems– Assist the City in planning and implementing enterprise GIS solutions that support multiple departments through centralized access, mobile capabilities, reporting, and document management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
