(1) Vendor needs to provide processing teacher sub stipends services to the government authority located in Minnesota.• Accounting, timekeeping and fund management skills to administer, process, and disburse stipend payments to participating school districts to cover the cost of a substitute teacher so that the primary teacher can attend agency forestry education events, such as School Forest summits and conferences.• To school district or school staff as identified by the school forest program within 30 days after receiving notification from the agency school forest program.• The agency after all teacher invoices have been paid for a division of forestry or partner event, training, or conference.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
