Loan No.: IBRD-97110 RFB Reference No.: SRB-REMP2-97110YF-RFB-IT-25-031 The Republic of Serbia / Republic Geodetic Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Real Estate Management Project (REMP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hardware (workstations, scanners...). The Republic Geodetic Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Hardware (workstations, scanners...). Based on the Information System for Real Estate Cadastre (ISREC) Phase III Implementation Plan for 2026 and 2027, it is necessary to purchase new workstations, monitors and related IT equipment, as well as replace existing outdated equipment and workstations that do not meet the minimum technical characteristics necessary for undisturbed, stable and safe work in applications of the I, II and III phases of CIS - Cadastral Information System (DMS, Address Register, RPJ, DQI and ISREC). The total implementation period is 18 weeks from the effective date of the contract, covering all activity phases. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) (One-Envelope Bidding Process) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (February 2025) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
