CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING & INSPECTION SERVICES OF NORTHEAST LAKE MUNSON SEWER & WOODVILLE RURAL COMMUNITY SEWER PROJECTS

The Leon County Board of County Commissioners is seeking civil engineering services relating to the construction engineering and inspection (CEI) of the signage, sidewalk, driveway, drainage, roadway and underground utility improvements for various sewer projects in Leon County. These sewer projects will be administered by Leon County. Since the required CEI services are mainly for water and sewer construction, the firms are required to demonstrate adequate experience and personnel capability in inspection and management of the water and sewer utilities construction. The project boundaries are referenced in Attachment #1 of the Project Location Maps. Attachments #1A through #1E are the preliminary design plans provided for additional reference. The scope of this CEI services contract will include the following projects: • Project A: Northeast Lake Munson Sewer, • Project B: Woodville Rural Community Sewer: Phase 1A, • Project C: Woodville Rural Community Sewer: Phase 1B, • Project D: Woodville Rural Community Sewer: Phase 1C-1, & • Project E: Woodville Rural Community Sewer: Phase 1C-2. The above projects are identified in the County’s participation of grant agreements with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law. These projects are partially funded with assistance from the FDEP. By submitting a proposal, the Consultant certifies that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation on this transaction by any Federal Department or Agency. All professional services to be provided under this agreement shall be performed by Professionals licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in strict compliance with the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, 287.055 F.S. (CCNA).
