Construction Management and Inspection Services for Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement ( OCP ), for and on behalf of The District of Columbia Department of Transportation ( DDOT ) (the District ), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 ( PPRA ), and 27 DCMR Chapter 26, is issuing this Request for Qualifications ( RFQ ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications ( SOQ s) from architecture and engineering firms ( Offeror or Contractor or Consultant ) interested in providing Highway Structures Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs Construction Engineering And Inspection Services (the Project ). The District seeks a firm to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the construction of preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on highway structures located in the District under the Highway Structures Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs construction IDIQ contract.
