HR-9129 - USA (Riverside, California) - Comprehensive Classification, Compensation, and Benefits Study Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification structure, compensation program, employee benefits package, and organizational alignment to ensure internal equity, external market competitiveness, organizational effectiveness, and alignment with the Agency's current and future operational needs to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Classification ServicesThe consultant shall conduct a comprehensive review of the Agency's classification structure, including all job classifications, working titles, job descriptions, reporting relationships, minimum qualifications, and organizational alignment.– Compensation ServicesThe consultant shall conduct a comprehensive review of the Agency's compensation program and salary structure. The consultant shall recommend comparable California public agencies for Agency review and approval prior to conducting the compensation survey and shall identify the methodology used to select comparable agencies and benchmark classifications– Benefits EvaluationThe consultant shall conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Agency's total compensation and benefits program.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
