The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . The objective of this procurement is to secure a qualified training provider to deliver customized computer training programs that: Enhance employee proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and related tools Increase operational efficiency and productivity Strengthen collaboration across departments Improve data management and analytical capabilities Promote professional communication and document standards Reduce dependency on IT Helpdesk support Align with WSSC Water’s budget and workforce needs The vendor is responsible for delivering the training, providing course materials, and supplying attendance reports at the conclusion of each session to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of participation.
