Fusion Center Threat Reporting Exchange Geospatial Dashboard

The County of San Mateo serves as the fiduciary organization for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) and Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (NCHIDTA), ensuring fiscal responsibility for these grant-funded government programs. The NCRIC and NCHIDTA are multi-jurisdiction government programs that support law enforcement, public safety, and critical infrastructure in the Bay Area and Northern California by: Promoting multi-jurisdictional collaboration and partnership among discrete agencies and entities Sharing and collecting information, including Suspicious Activity Reporting Enhancing analytic capabilities through specialized training, software, and hardware Offering analytic expertise in specialized disciplines such as cyber security, digital forensics, or incident response To facilitate the processes of information sharing and real-time geospatial situational awareness, NCRIC is seeking a vendor with expertise in: Microsoft online technologies, including but not limited to: Office365, Teams, Azure, Entra, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and AI Builder Esri ArcGIS Online and related applications including but not limited to: Experience Viewer, Story Maps, and Survey123 Integrations and automation bi-directionally between Microsoft online platforms and ArcGIS Online. Maintenance and troubleshooting of built-in features and custom solutions using Microsoft Online or ArcGIS Online. Guidance, scoping, and design of custom solutions leveraging Microsoft and Esri platforms.
