On-Call Services - Tree Removal and Maintenance Services

The County of Tuolumne (County) is inviting qualified tree vendors to submit their qualifications to establish a list of vendors of record for numerous public projects. These tree projects are related to services for County-owned properties. Some of the tree projects will be large and complex projects, while others may be emergency in nature. The County is seeking to select multiple firms to provide these tree services. The County owns/operates approximately 115 buildings and properties within the County's infrastructure. Maintaining and servicing the grounds and trees and providing routine tree maintenance and tree removal is important to the delivery of services to the public. On average, the County spends approx. $10,000-25,000 annually for tree trimming, removal and preventative maintenance on our properties. These funds do not include tree services during/after emergency events. The County is looking to establish a list of qualified tree vendors to perform these services through the issuance of per-project task orders. No guarantee of annual funding is implied.
