Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive bids for the supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite solution (15% concentration) for use in wastewater treatment operations. The successful contractor will provide product that meets all applicable ANSI/AWWA B300 standards and regulatory requirements, with deliveries made in bulk or approved containers as specified. The contract will require: Consistent, reliable supply throughout the contract term. Compliance with all federal, state, and local safety, transport, and handling regulations. Submission of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with each delivery.
