(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted vehicle–to–everything (V2X) management system. • V2X Management System to support monitoring, configuration, and management of CVAZ roadside V2X infrastructure. • The system shall be used to monitor roadside devices, including RSUs, RSPs, and other supporting devices, and to receive, process, store, and evaluate V2X messages generated as part of operations.• V2X Management System shall support real–time monitoring of device health, operational status, and communications performance, as well as historical data storage and reporting for performance monitoring and analysis• Implemented at intersections located along major thoroughfares• Deployed along routes experiencing high intersection delay and the highest ridership levels• A dashboard that displays RSU and RSP status across the deployment area• Hosted in the cloud: Include one–time costs to set up and configure cloud servers, data storage, data processing, etc. and the recurring monthly costs required to operate and maintain the system• Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) availability issues• The V2X Management System shall have an overall uptime greater than 99 percent.• The V2X Management System shall notify system operators within five minutes of a system error or warning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
