Description
BVCOG places a great deal of importance on the ability to perform electronic cash management, electronic access to transaction information and processing, competitive service fees, and a strong financial institution-client relationship that offers strategic guidance in financial processes. The primary objectives of the depository agreement are an important component of the overall treasury and debt management program of BVCOG. They are as follows: To seek a financial institution that can provide banking services and attention to the BVCOG money matters. To optimize the total dollars spent by BVCOG on depository services to be prudent and effective custodians of financial resources. To optimize the relationship between the total dollars earned on certain account balances and the relationship to fees charged. To maintain a strong working relationship with the depository and seek advice from that financial institution on best practices and the latest technology. To adequately compensate the depository for services provided subject to competitive forces in the marketplace.
