Bank Depository Services

New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) is seeking a single qualified successful respondent to provide bank depository services described in Section 3 of this Exhibit (the “Services”). The Services outlined in this request shall include all banking services from collection to disbursement and safekeeping. The successful respondent shall be responsible for performing the Services on an annual basis for one (1) year with up to four (4) additional one-year terms. NBU intends to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize investment capabilities. This RFP represents NBU’s cash management goals, specifies the banking services required of all respondents , and the estimated activity volumes on all accounts. NBU currently utilizes Microsoft Dynamics GP as its accounting software, Harris Northstar as its customer connect, and Invoice Cloud for its credit card payment processor.
