Vendor needs to provide architectural and construction administration services to the government authority located in Glendale, AZ.• Conducting project meetings as necessary to maintain the project budget and schedule, chairing periodic regular meetings and any additional meetings as required or requested by the city, setting agendas, and preparing and distributing meeting minutes.• Submitting and retrieving all required documents to/from the various required reviewing agencies.• Preparing project programming and conceptual and/or schematic design studies leading to a recommended solution together with a general description of the project and presentation of this information to the city and others, as necessary, for review, comment, and approval.• Preparing design development documents consisting of preliminary plans and specifications to fix and illustrate the size and character of the project based on requirements established in the programming phase.
