Description

CONTRACTOR shall provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventive Maintenance (PM), Repairs, Emergency and Replacement Services for various Seminole County locations on an as needed basis as per Specifications and Requirements. Contractor must include the ability to troubleshoot and repair various major building automation systems. Specifically, Trane SC or similar. Test and Balance services may be requested also. All work shall be performed in accordance with the latest adopted standards and codes for the industry and be in compliance with County and State laws, ordinances and local authority having jurisdiction.
