Cumberland County (the “County”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced and qualified vendors to inspect, evaluate, collect and report on the overall condition of County facilities – to include interior, mechanical, electrical, roofing, envelope and structure of buildings, and ADA accommodations. The Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) will include 40 County facilities, which vary in age, size, and use.
