Vendor needs to provide pension system solution, implementation and migration. – To provide detailed information on a pension system solution to meet and accommodate agency evolving pension needs.– The SaaS solution or allowable private hosting on an agency–authorized platform will satisfy the replacement of the current pension system and the case management repository.– The–Shelf software, support, materials, and training to successfully deploy an automated web–based pension system with minimal additional development or modification.– To develop a pension system implementation plan focusing on gathering requirements from agency programs, regions, installations, and headquarters to deliver business and system requirements conforming to pension benefit to industry best practices.– Include the migration of all supporting documentation associated with retiree case files in the current agency case management repository to the new pension management system equivalent case file solution.
