Description
The City of Urbana is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ’s) from professional engineering firms for preliminary engineering (Phase I planning and Phase II design) for improvements of 1.3 miles of Florida Avenue from Wright Street (extended) to Hillcrest Street. This project includes pavement reconstruction or rehabilitation, traffic signals, bus stop turnouts, sidewalk and driveway improvements, and street lights. Preliminary engineering will be funded with Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STBGP) funds.
