Request for Qualifications The City of Brentwood is seeking Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for 'Project Description . The Request for Qualifications documents are available through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow , or may be obtained at the Brentwood City Hall at 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Documents must be submitted in the format specified in the Request for Qualifications. All submittals will be due on 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time local time. Questions concerning the Request for Qualifications should be addressed to 'Contact Full Name at 'Contact Address , Brentwood, TN 37024-0788, 'Contact Phone , or may be sent by e-mail to 'Contact Email with 'Project Title in the subject line. Based upon the evaluation of the written proposals, the highest ranking firm(s) may be requested to participate in an in-person interview. If multiple interviews are conducted they will be subsequently ranked in order of ability to perform the work as demonstrated through the personal interviews. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submittal, and to accept any submittal, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City. Once the most qualified firm is selected a cost proposal will be requested. Based on the information submitted and internal budgetary considerations, it may be necessary to adjust the Scope of Work based on funding limitations and input from the selected firm. If negotiations cannot produce a contract, an impasse will be declared and we will open negotiations with the second ranked firm. If agreement cannot be reached with the second ranked firm, contract negotiations are begun with the third ranked firm. This process continues until all interviewed firms are exhausted or a firm is awarded a contract. The City of Brentwood expects to begin right-of-way acquisition and subsequently, construction of the project, within one year from the date of consultant selection.
