The project title is Professional Engineering Services for Keystone Road and East Lake Road Emergency Access Improvements . The purpose of the project is to improve access to and from the East Lake Fire & Rescue Station 58 by improving traffic flow along Keystone Road and at the intersection of East Lake Road and Keystone Road. Currently, the intersection experiences heavy congestion with extensive queuing posing significant challenges for first responders dispatched from Eastlake Fire Station 58 on Keystone Road.
