(1) Vendor needs to provide parks multi structural investigation services to the government authority located in Kentucky.– The project consists of the repair and replacement of various deteriorated concrete elements including concrete retaining walls, slabs–on–grade, and elevated slabs. – The top of a portion of the existing concrete retaining wall is to be removed to allow new slab–on–grade to extend over the wall, allowing for expanded views from the bar area.– Sidewalks / ramps are to be modified on the north side of the building to address varying finish floor elevations.– The project also includes removal and replacement of three sets of stairs.
