Description

Healthcare Equipment Services is requested for the annual inspection and calibration of digital and beam scales for all Mississippi WIC Clinics. This includes all MS Health Departments and independent clinics that perform WIC screenings. The WIC Program is required by USDA Federal Nutrition Services (FNS) to provide this information as part of Clinic Monitoring which requires WIC clinic equipment be inspected and in good working order. This is a contract for inspection and calibration only, any repairs needed will be invoiced separately with prior approval from administration.
