The scope includes site preparation, such as excavation (dig out), forming, and earthwork prep, to ensure the subgrade is compacted to 98% . The contractors will pour 3,000 PSI concrete with a natural grey finish and a broom texture . While the service covers the structural installation of the flatwork, it explicitly excludes sod replacement, finish grading, permit fees, and the relocation of existing utilities .
