On-Call Services - Snow Removal Services for County Properties

The County of Tuolumne ("County") is seeking qualified vendors to submit their qualifications to establish a list of vendors of record for snow removal services for County properties. The County needs snow removal in priority locations and parking lots during storm events or in the event of emergencies. The County is seeking to select multiple vendors to provide snow removal services. The County intends to establish a list of qualified vendors to perform these services to clear property access and parking lots during normal operations as well as state of emergencies that will initiate opening of warming and evacuation centers. Response time for normal snow removal operations requires removal services be completed by 10:00 a.m. During states of emergency, mobilization of crews and commencement of operations are required within one hour of notification from County.
